Venues
The Don Steele Theater
This modern addition to the building opened in 2005 as a 160-seat dinner theater. Featuring a large stage, this room is perfect for meetings and presentations, weddings, or performances. Availability is limited based on the Depot Theater production schedule. Weekend $950.00 / 24 hours or less $700.00 – $500 deposit to put on the calendar – remainder per contact agreement.
Capacity: 200 open, 160 with tables and chairs.
The Homestead Theater
This space has a rich historical past. It once served as the Harvey House wait staff dormitory and is now the second stage for The Depot Theater. This more intimate space works well for slightly smaller events. Weekend rate $550.00 / 24 hours or less $350.00 / Minimum 3 hour $200.00
Capacity: 150 open, 100 with tables and chairs
The Fred Harvey Hotel Lobby
The original lobby of the Harvey House hotel has been restored to its former 1920’s art deco glory, with many original fixtures intact. The news counter has been converted into Harvey’s Bar, in honor of Fred Harvey himself, and our bartenders are ready to mix up something special just for your event!
Capacity: 200 open, 100 with tables and chairs.
The El Vaquero Dining Room
Once filled with train travelers enjoying a hot but quick meal, the El Vaquero Dining room looks much like it did in the 1920s and 30s. This space works well for everything from business meetings to seated dinner parties. Price includes Lobby area. Weekend $750.00 / 24 hours or less $500.00 / Minimum 3 hour rental $300.00
Capacity: 200 open, 80 with tables and chairs.
The Entire Santa Fe Depot Complex
Talk to us about renting the entire Depot for your unique event and spread out a little! Perfect for large weddings, fundraisers, and more. Weekend $1500.00 / 24 hours or less $800.00 – does not include the Homestead.
