How Do I Purchase Tickets For An Event?

Tickets for Depot Theater Productions can be reserved by calling the Box Office at (620) 225-1001, or purchase tickets online.

How Far In Advance Do We Have To Place Our Reservations?

Reservations and payment for dinner theater shows should be made 24 hours in advance.  Same day reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis only.

Can I Get A Refund?​

Although we do not offer refunds, patrons are welcome to transfer reservations to different dates of the same show subject to availability. Exchanges must be made with 24-hour advance notice to the Box Office. No exchanges can be made from one production to another. Missed reservations with less than 48-hour notice will be charged full price.  

Do You Offer Any Discount Tickets?

We offer a group discount for 12 or more people. Dinner Theater Tickets are available for $40 each.

Where Can I Park?​​​

Parking is located to the East of the Homestead Theater between the Homestead and Central Station Bar & Grill. There is also public parking to the north of the Depot in the City lot.

When Do Doors Open For The Show?

Building doors open at 5:30pm for evening shows and 12pm for matinee shows. We open the Theater doors at 6:15pm (evening) and 12:45pm (matinee) to start seating and serving.

Where Do We Enter The Theater For Productions?​​​​

You will enter on the south track side of the Train Depot or the north side of the Lobby. All doors are marked with “Enter Here” signage directing you to the entry.

What Is The Dress Code?

There is no dress code for the Theater. It is suggested to bring a jacket due to cold temperatures at times.  

Does The Sunday Matinee Include A Meal?

No. Currently, our Sunday Matinees do not include a meal, but we do have concessions available for purchase.

May I Bring My Own Food And Beverages Into The Theater?

No. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the building due to our Kansas State Food License. 

Do You Have Substitutions For Those Who Have Food Allergies?

We will make every effort to accommodate guests with special dietary considerations. The menu includes vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, and sugar-free options. Please inform the Box Office when making reservations or at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled performance.

What Is Your Child Policy?

Children are allowed to attend all performances. If you have any more questions, please call our  Box Office at (620) 225-1001. We strongly discourage infants being brought to the theater as they can become very disruptive and ruin the theater experience for other patrons. 

Can I Take Photos Or Video Of The Performance?

No. Photography and videography of the performance is not allowed due to copyright issues, except by approved theater personnel. You may take pictures of, and with the actors after the show in the Gallery or El Vaquero. 

Do You Allow Service Animals?

Service animals are allowed with proper credentials and previous communication with our Box Office. You must notify our Box Office prior to bringing the service animal into the building.
